Hudson Valley, NY (1.5 hours drive) - Under two hours away from Jersey City, the Hudson Valley offers much for travellers who want to escape for a while. Choose from one of many small towns featuring inns or cozy hotels, and build your long weekend itinerary. In destinations such as Hyde Park, Goshen or Red Hook you’ll find plenty to do. A visit to the city’s historic landmarks is a must. While you’re in Old City, enjoy some of the best shopping and dining around.
