On Thursday, August 23, join your Liberty Harbor neighbors at Surf City for an End of Summer Happy Hour. What better way to wrap up the season than with the best beach food and drinks next to a beautiful water view? From 5:30 – 7:30, $10 gets you two drinks and small appetizers.
