This class is dance HIIT workouts.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts are FABULOUS because they’re designed to burn fat, build muscle, and enhance overall fitness performance.
So let’s add a little dance and Hip-Hop to make it fun!  Burn anywhere between 200-400 calories in just 45 minutes!
