Week One (9/9/19): Loving-Kindness Meditation towards oneself

It is not often we take the time to be still and to wish ourselves well. Yet no one on this planet is more important and more worthy of receiving love then you! During this practice we will cultivate feelings of love and compassion towards yourself. leave feeling full of joy “Loving-Kindness Meditation is a fundamental path in the opening of mind and heart. To Bring: Yoga mat or blanket to sit on

Week Two (9/16/19): Loving-Kindness Meditation towards others

During this continuation practice, we go on to practice loving-kindness towards a beloved person, a neutral person, and a mildly challenging person in our lives. Experience the gift of knowing how ultimately connected we all are. Cultivate feelings of love, compassion, and equanimity towards all beings. This practice is incredibly healing and will give you the foundation to practice all throughout your day!

To Bring: yoga mat or blanket to sit on

Week Three (9/23/19): Gratitude Meditation

This class is a combination of journaling and guided meditation. Practicing gratitude and appreciation has been studied and found to have powerful benefits such as release in toxic emotions, help with sleep, reduce stress, and improved self-esteem! Leave feeling happy and joyful for even the simplest pleasures in life!

Week Four(9/30/19): Creative Visualization Meditation

This class is a combination of Guided Meditation followed by a journaling exercise. Let your creativity and imagination flow as you visualize your hearts’ deepest desires! “Visualization has been scientifically proven to help in many areas of life. Whether we focus on healing, career, relationships or spiritual goals – imagination can be a powerful tool to help us achieve them.
