Beginners and all levels are welcome! No previous practice or experience is necessary. About Marinell Montales: Marinell is a yoga and meditation teacher, breath coach, and reiki practitioner. She received her 200-hour Yoga Certification from the Shiva Shakti School of Yoga in NYC, and her Breath Coach Certification through Prema Yoga Institute. Marinell is also Usui Reiki Level 2 Certified.
